A club order mixes glove weights, junior and adult sizes and apparel size runs. The mix is agreed before production.

    Glove weight by use

    A sparring glove is not a bag glove. Tell us how each glove will be used so its weight and padding are agreed before sampling.

    Junior and adult sizes

    Junior gloves come in 4 and 6 oz, adult gloves from 8 to 16 oz. Include the expected mix in your brief.

    Apparel size runs

    Apparel runs from XS to 3XL. Send the size mix when you know it; if it is not final yet, start with what you have.

Questions about custom equipment for your club.

Branding and products

Can you put our club logo on boxing gloves and equipment?
Yes. Club branding can be applied using methods suited to the product and material, including sublimation, DTF and heat transfer, screen print and printed labels, all done in-house. Logo placement and branding method are agreed as part of the product specification.
Can we start with one product, or order several together?
Either. You do not need to order a complete club kit: your enquiry can begin with one product, such as boxing gloves, pads, protective equipment, fightwear or apparel. To cover several, choose Multiple Products on the request form and describe the equipment and apparel you are considering in one brief.
Do we need a complete tech pack?
No. A logo, product idea and basic requirements are enough to start the discussion. If you already have a tech pack, sketch or detailed reference, include it. Otherwise, the next step is to identify what must be defined before sampling.

Sizes and quantities

Can we order different sizes for different members?
Yes. Orders can be planned around the size mix required by the club, including junior and adult options where available. Provide the size breakdown when you know it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
50 pieces per design, or 50 pairs for gloves. A design is one product in one colourway, and you can split the 50 across sizes in any mix — for example, 50 pairs of gloves spread across 8 oz to 16 oz. A second colourway counts as a separate design. Different products can't be combined to reach 50, because each one has its own patterns and set-up.

Timing, samples and reorders

How long does an order take?
Production starts when you approve your sample. Fightwear, club apparel, rash guards and BJJ gis typically take 3–5 weeks. Gloves, pads, protective gear, bags and lifting gear typically take 4–6 weeks. Courier transit is added on top. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Can we approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. The process is built around confirming the physical sample and product specification before bulk production. Materials, construction, sizing, branding and finish are agreed at the sample stage, and production is then checked against the approved reference.
Can you keep our design for future orders?
Approved artwork and product specifications are stored digitally, and the approved sample is kept in the workshop as the reference for reorders. Any changes to colours, materials, construction, sizing or other requirements should still be identified before the next production run.
