Branding methods
Sublimation, or screen print and DTF
The branding method follows the garment and the design. We confirm which suits each piece before sampling.
Sublimation
Best for — Rashguards, fight shorts and all-over or full-colour designs.
- Dye goes into the fabric, so there is nothing to crack or peel
- Unlimited colours and edge-to-edge designs
- Keeps the fabric's stretch and feel
- Works on polyester-based fabrics
Screen print and DTF
Best for — Cotton tees, hoodies, tracksuits and a crisp chest logo.
- Works on cotton and blended fabrics
- DTF carries multi-colour logos and fine detail
- Screen print suits bold one- or two-colour logos in bulk
- Easy to repeat the same logo across every garment

Your design, made
Your custom rashguard design, made the way you drew it.
Send a sketch, a logo or colour codes. It becomes a mockup you approve, then a sample, and bulk is made to match it.

Your colours
Send colour codes or a physical swatch. Colours are matched on the sample, and the approved sample is kept as the reference for reorders.

Questions
Custom fightwear — common questions
Choose a question and the answer comes back beside it.
Fightwear and apparel
Fightwear and apparel
Where can our logo go on fightwear?
Wherever it suits the garment: the chest or back of a tee or hoodie, the sleeve of a rashguard, the leg or waistband of fight shorts. Placement and method are confirmed on your mockup before sampling.
Fightwear and apparel
Can you match our club colours across different garments?
Yes. One colour reference is used across the whole order and checked on the sample, so a sublimated rashguard and a screen-printed hoodie read as the same kit.
Fightwear and apparel
How do sizes work for a club order?
We confirm a size chart for each garment and the quantity per size before production, so a club can order across its members in one run.
Fightwear and apparel
Can we add our own labels and packaging?
Yes. Neck, size and care labels carry your brand details, and garments can be polybagged and packed in cartons marked to your instruction.
Fightwear and apparel
What is the minimum order for custom fightwear?
50 pieces per design — one garment in one colourway — split across sizes in any mix. Shorts, rashguards and hoodies are different products, each with its own patterns and set-up, so each needs its own 50; a second colourway counts as a new design.
Fightwear and apparel
Do you make a sample before bulk production?
Yes, free. You see a mockup of each garment first, then a free sample of each, so you can try the fit and see the print colour on the real fabric, which a screen cannot show. Bulk starts only once you approve, and every size is measured against the agreed chart. If it needs changes, your first revised sample is free.
Fightwear and apparel
How long does a custom apparel order take?
Each sample is free and delivered in 7–10 days. Bulk production typically takes 3–5 weeks from sample approval, plus courier transit. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Fightwear and apparel
Can we reorder the same kit later?
Yes. Artwork, colour references and each garment's size chart are stored digitally, and the approved samples stay in the workshop, so a reorder in new sizes or quantities is cut and printed to match the first run. Your dispatch date is confirmed in writing when you place it.
