What goes into custom club T-shirts

Custom club T-shirts are the kit every member wears: to train in, to fight-night and to the gym door, so they are the order a club repeats most. We make crew-neck and ringer T-shirts, performance tees and vests, in cotton or a quick-drying performance fabric, in your colours and with your logo, screen printed, by DTF, sublimated or embroidered. Fabric, weight, fit and branding are agreed with you, and you approve a sample before bulk.

Choosing and using

Getting custom club T-shirts right

Cotton or performance fabric

Cotton is the everyday club T-shirt: soft, easy to print and worn outside the gym as much as in it. A standard cotton tee is usually 160–200 gsm, and 200–260 gsm is a heavyweight tee that holds its shape. A performance tee is usually 140–180 gsm polyester, light and quick to dry, for hard sessions and fight camps.

These are typical ranges. The fabric and weight for your order are confirmed with you before sampling, and you feel them on the sample before bulk.

Questions

Questions about custom club T-shirts

7 answers buyers ask for most. Choose one to open it.

Still have a question?

Ask it the way you would ask a coach. A person replies within one working day.

Cotton or performance fabric for club T-shirts?
Cotton for the everyday member tee, worn in and out of the gym; polyester performance fabric for training and fight camps, because it is lighter and dries faster. Many clubs order one of each in the same colours.
Which printing method is best for our logo?
Screen print suits bold logos in one or two colours on cotton; DTF suits detailed, multi-colour logos; sublimation suits full-colour designs on polyester; embroidery suits small chest crests. The method is agreed on your mockup.
Can T-shirts and vests be in one order?
Yes, in one order and one colour scheme. Each garment is its own product with its own pattern, so each needs its own minimum of 50 pieces per design, split across sizes in any mix.
What do the mockup and sample cost?
Mockups are free, with as many changes as you need. The physical sample is priced on its specification and customisation, so its price depends on what you choose, and it is in your quote before we make it. The sample reaches you in 7–10 days, and when you go ahead with bulk, half of the sample price is credited against your bulk order. If the sample needs changes, the revised sample and its price are agreed with you before we make it. If a change is needed because we made a mistake, the revised sample is free.
Can you make club T-shirts under our own brand?
Yes. Your logo, printed labels and packaging are part of the specification, and your artwork, mockups and approved specification stay yours. We never sell your design or make it for anyone else.
Will a reorder match the first batch?
Your approved sample stays in our workshop for at least two years after your last order and your specification is stored digitally, so a reorder doesn't need a new sample: it goes straight to production, from 25 per design. Your dispatch date is confirmed in writing when you place it. How reorders work
How long does an order take?
Production starts when you approve your sample, and bulk typically takes 3–5 weeks from approval, plus courier transit. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
