Customisation

What you customise

  • Branding

Sublimation, DTF or heat transfer, or screen printing — the right method for each material recommended in your mockup. Labels are printed, not woven. We don't emboss or deboss leather.

  • Colour

Leather, stitching, strap and wrap colours against agreed references.

  • Construction

Standard or lever belt, and 10 mm or 13 mm leather, specified for the intended use.

  • Packaging

Bagged or boxed with your labels and inserts, then packed in export cartons.

Your design, made

Your custom lifting belt design, made the way you drew it.

Send a sketch, a logo or colour codes. It becomes a mockup you approve, then a sample, and bulk is made to match it.

How we make it

Belts are cut on hydraulic presses or by CNC and laser, then stitched on walking-foot machines built for thick leather. Stress points are bar-tacked. Every bulk order is checked against the sample you approved, and your approved sample stays in our workshop so reorders match the first run.

What is checked on lifting belts before dispatch

Every one of these is performed and recorded before the order leaves the workshop.

How each order is inspected against your sample

  • Belt width and thickness measured against the approved sample belt.
  • Length and hole spacing checked against the S to XL waist sizes.
  • Buckle or lever fitted and checked for fastening.
  • Stitch rows, thread colour and edge finish checked on leather belts.
  • Counted by product and size, and packed as agreed.

Lifting belts and gear

What is the minimum order for lifting belts and gear?

50 pieces per design. A design is one product in one colourway, and you can split it across sizes in any mix — for example, 50 belts across S, M, L and XL. Belts, straps, wraps and sleeves are separate products, so each needs its own 50.
