How it runs

How custom packaging is made with your order.

Your packaging runs alongside your product, not after it. It is designed while the product is sampled, and printed while it is made.

    You tell us the product, and how each one should arrive: a box, a bag, a polybag, tags.

Bulk typically takes 3–6 weeks from sample approval, and the packaging adds little to it. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.

Minimums and timing

What is the minimum for printed boxes?
500 boxes. A printed box has its own print run, so it has its own minimum, separate from the product's 50.
What is the minimum for printed polybags?
50, the same as the product minimum, so printed polybags suit a first order of fightwear, rash guards or gis.
I am ordering fewer than 500 pieces. Can I still have branded packaging?
Yes. Glove bags, gi bags, hang tags and inserts have no minimum, and printed polybags start at 50, the same as the product. Printed boxes can follow when your quantities reach 500.
Does custom packaging add time to my order?
Very little. Once the artwork is approved, the packaging is made alongside the product, and your dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.

Design and options

Do you design the packaging artwork?
Yes. We design the box, bag and tag artwork from your logo and brand colours, and you approve it before anything is printed.
Is the packaging design included in the price?
No. The packaging design is quoted with your packaging, separately from the product. The product mockup itself is free.
Do you make glove bags and gi bags?
Yes, both, with your logo and with no minimum, so they can be added to any order.
Can clubs and academies order branded bags too?
Yes. Glove bags and gi bags with your club or academy logo have no minimum, so they can be ordered with any order of gloves or gis. Kit for gyms and academies
Can you add barcodes?
Yes. Barcode stickers are applied to each box or bag from the codes you supply, so the products arrive ready for retail.
Will a restock be packed the same way?
Yes. Your packaging artwork is kept on file with your specification, so a reorder is packed as the first order was. How reorders work
