What is the best way to get in touch?
For a quote or a mockup, send a brief through the quote form: it gets the most useful first reply. For questions before that, book a call or message us on WhatsApp. Email works for anything, with files attached.
Do I need to know the quantity before I contact you?
No. Give a rough idea, or say you are not sure. A person reads every message and works out the rest with you.
How do I send my logo?
Attach it to the quote form, email it, or send it on WhatsApp. Any file you have is a start; we confirm whether it suits the branding method you want.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Say so in your first message, and it is discussed before you share your design.
What time zone are you in?
Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5, with no daylight saving. That is five hours ahead of the UK in winter and four hours ahead in summer.
Which countries do you ship to?
The UK and Europe are our main markets, by international courier. If your order ships somewhere else, say where in your message.
