Reorder from your approved sample.

Your artwork and specification are stored digitally, and your approved sample is kept in our workshop. Tell us what to repeat and the quantities, and the reorder is made and checked against that same sample.

Name the product or your earlier order, the quantity for each size and colourway, and anything that should change. Your specification and approved sample are on file, so there is no need to send the artwork again.

Quantity: minimum 50 per design (pairs for gloves), split across sizes however you need. Got a fixed date? Tell us — bulk production typically takes 3–6 weeks from sample approval, depending on the product, plus courier transit. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.

A person reads every request. Here is what follows once you press send.

Artwork you send is used for your quote and your order, and deleted if you ask. Need a confidentiality agreement first? Say so in your message.

What buyers want to know before they send a first request.

Do I need a logo file to ask for a quote?
No. Attaching files is optional, and you do not need to prepare the artwork first. Send what you have; we confirm whether it suits the branding method you want.
What if I do not know the quantity yet?
Ask anyway. The form needs only your name and email; give a rough idea in your message, or say you are not sure, and a person works out the rest with you.
Should I request a mockup or a quote?
Request a mockup if you want to see your design on the product first. Ask for a quote if you already know what you need. It is the same form, and you can switch between the two at the top of this page.
Can I order for a whole club, in different sizes?
Yes. The minimum is 50 pieces per design, split across sizes however your members need, with no minimum per size. Send rough numbers per size, or use the club sizing sheet to collect them; we check the split with you before we quote.
Is my design kept confidential?
Artwork you upload is used to assess the branding method and to produce your order if you go ahead, and we delete it if you ask. If you need a confidentiality agreement before sharing a design, say so in your brief and it is discussed before you send anything.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Every order is priced for its own specification: the material, construction, branding method, quantity and destination. A person reads your request and replies with a quote for exactly that.
Can you reply by WhatsApp or phone?
Yes. Add your number, with the country code, and say in your message whether you would like a WhatsApp message or a call. Otherwise we reply by email.
Which countries do you ship to?
The UK and Europe are our main markets, by international courier. If your order ships somewhere else, say where in your message.
