Why the brief matters
A brief is what turns an idea into a mockup, a sample and then a quote you can rely on. The clearer it is, the fewer rounds of questions before you see your product, and the closer the first sample is to what you had in mind.
How an order runs, from brief to bulk
You do not need a tech pack to start. We write one from your brief, with patterns made in CAD and graded across the size range, or we work to yours if you have it.
The checklist
- The product: boxing gloves, MMA gloves, rash guards, gis, hoodies, lifting belts, or a mix.
- The use: training, sparring, bag work, competition, a kids' class, or retail.
- A rough quantity: an estimate is enough to plan the order.
- The size split: glove weights, S to XL, or XS to 3XL, even as rough counts.
- Colours: colour codes or a physical swatch you can post.
- Your logo: the artwork file, and where it should go on each product.
- Materials, if you have a preference: genuine leather, PU or microfibre for gloves; fabric for apparel.
- Packaging and labels: polybags, printed boxes, hang tags, your care labels.
- Where it ships: the destination country, so documents and delivery can be planned.
Logo files that work
A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) scales cleanly to any size, from a glove cuff to a bag panel. A PNG or JPG works too if it is large and sharp. If your logo only exists as a photo or a low-resolution image, send it anyway and say so: the production team will confirm whether it suits the branding method you want.
Placement
Say where each logo goes: the glove cuff or back of the hand, the chest or sleeve of a rash guard, the waistband of fight shorts. A sketch or a reference photo is plenty.
Reference products help
If you have a glove or garment you like, a photograph, its measurements or the product itself is one of the most useful things you can send. We confirm which parts of its construction can be matched and which need a decision from you.
What happens after you send it
A person reads it and replies with any questions left. You then see a mockup of your product with your logo on it, then a physical sample to sign off. Bulk production starts only against the sample you approve, and that approved sample is kept so a reorder is matched to it.
