Quality standards
Boxing glove and fight gear quality control, checked against your sample.
Every order made in our Sialkot workshop is checked against the sample you approved, six checks in all, and each one is recorded. This page lists what we check and record, not certifications.
- Your approved sample is the standard
- Six checks, each one recorded
- Held if anything does not match
- Inspection record shared on request
The standard
Your approved sample is the quality standard.
Not a generic tolerance sheet. Every check on your order is made against the sample you signed off and the specification behind it.
- The approved sampleThe physical sample you signed off. Bulk production is made to it and checked against it.
- The agreed specificationMaterials, construction, colour references, branding and labels, stored digitally with your artwork.
- Kept for reordersThe approved sample stays in the workshop, so a reorder is checked against the real thing, not a photo.

The checks
Six quality checks on every order, and the evidence for each.
The list is short because it only holds checks we perform and record every time. If a check is not on it, do not assume it happens.

When a check fails
If it does not match your sample, it does not ship.
Quality control performs and records the checks, and holds the order if anything does not match the approved specification.
Nothing is dispatched against a failed check
Compliance
Quality records and compliance for your market.
We list what we check and record, not certifications. What your market or retailer requires is confirmed before you order, not after.
Recorded on every order
- The six checks above, on every order
- An inspection record, kept before dispatch
- The count, assortment and carton details
Confirmed per order, from your brief
- Labelling and care information for the market you sell in
- A specific audit or test report your brand or retailer requires
- Standards your market sets for the product, such as CE marking for protective equipment or REACH in the EU
