Stage 1 of 5

Our process
Sparwright is an OEM and private label manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan. Every order, from custom boxing gloves to fightwear, runs through the same five stages: your brief, a mockup, a physical sample you approve, bulk production checked against that sample, then packing and export to the UK or Europe.
Stage by stage
Five stages and two sign-offs, the same for custom boxing gloves, fightwear and lifting gear.
Stage 01Send the product, a reference or sketch, a rough quantity, your logo and where it ships. A person reads it and replies with a quote.
Stage 1 of 5
Stage 02We turn your brief into a digital mockup at no cost, and agree the colours, logo placement, materials, closure, labels and packaging with you. Ask for as many changes as you need until it's right.
Your sign-off: you approve the mockup
Stage 2 of 5
Stage 03We make a physical sample and send it by courier. It reaches you in 7–10 days. If it needs changes, your first revised sample is free. Once you approve it, production starts and we confirm your dispatch date in writing.
Your sign-off: you approve the sample before bulk
Stage 3 of 5
Stage 04We make your order in our Sialkot workshop and check it against the approved sample. Fightwear, club apparel, rash guards and BJJ gis typically take 3–5 weeks; gloves, pads, protective gear, bags and lifting gear typically take 4–6 weeks, plus courier transit. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Stage 4 of 5
Stage 05Then we count it, pack it the way you asked and ship it by international courier with its documents to the UK or Europe. Your approved sample stays with us for reorders.

Comparing suppliers before you send a brief? How to choose a fight gear manufacturer
Before you start
Send what you have. Anything missing is asked for before a mockup is made, so a brief does not need to be complete.
Your sign-offs
Nothing goes to bulk until you approve the sample.
After you approve
Bulk is made to the sample you signed off. Here is what follows, and what stays on file for next time.
Your order is made to the approved sample and checked against it before it leaves. It ships by international courier with the commercial invoice and the packing list, and the courier's air waybill carries the tracking number, so you can follow it to your door.
Each check against the sample is recorded before dispatch: measurements and weight, construction, logo placement, colour and labels. The record is kept, with the count and carton details, and shared if you ask for it.
Your artwork and specification are stored digitally, and the approved sample is kept in the workshop. A reorder is made and checked against that physical sample, not a photo, so the second run matches the first.
By product
Every line runs through the same five stages. Each product page shows them on that product, with what is checked before dispatch.
