Construction

Your design, made
Your custom head guard design, made the way you drew it.
Send a sketch, a logo or colour codes. It becomes a mockup you approve, then a sample, and bulk is made to match it.

Your colours
Send colour codes or a physical swatch. Colours are matched on the sample, and the approved sample is kept as the reference for reorders.
1 of 4Your logo
Reproduced by DTF, heat transfer, screen print or sublimation — the method chosen for the shell and the design.
2 of 4Your placement
On the forehead or cheek of a head guard, the front of a body protector or the shin of a guard, exactly where it sits on the mockup you approve.
3 of 4Your sign-off
Bulk production starts only once you have approved the sample, and the finished order is checked against it.

Questions
Custom protective gear — common questions
Choose a question and the answer comes back beside it.
Protective gear
Protective gear
Which head guard style should we choose?
Open-face head guards give the widest vision, cheek-protector styles add coverage at the side, and full-face guards protect the nose and chin for sparring. For competition, check your governing body's rules before choosing.
Protective gear
Are your head guards approved for competition?
We make head guards to your specification and do not claim any governing body's approval. If you need gear for a sanctioned event, check that body's requirements first.
Protective gear
Can protective gear match our club's gloves?
Yes. One colour reference and one logo treatment carry across head guards, protectors and gloves in the same order.
Protective gear
Do you make kids' head guards and protective gear?
Yes. Head guards, protectors and shin guards are made in kids' sizes alongside the adult range, in the same colours and branding.
Protective gear
Where can our logo go on protective gear?
Wherever it stays visible in use: the brow or cheek of a head guard, the front of a body protector, the shin of a guard or the cuff of a wrap, by DTF, heat transfer or screen print. Placement is confirmed on your mockup before sampling.
Protective gear
What is the minimum order for custom protective gear?
50 pieces per design — one product in one colourway — split across sizes in any mix. Head guards, shin guards, protectors and wraps are different products, each with its own patterns and set-up, so they can't be combined to reach 50; a second colourway counts as a new design.
Protective gear
Do you make a sample before bulk production?
Yes, free. After a free mockup, a sample head guard or protector is made so you can check the coverage, the padding and how it fastens when it is worn. Bulk production starts only after you approve it, and is checked against it. If it needs changes, your first revised sample is free.
Protective gear
How long does a custom protective gear order take?
The sample is free and delivered in 7–10 days. Bulk production typically takes 4–6 weeks from sample approval, plus courier transit. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Protective gear
Can we reorder the same protective gear later?
Yes. Each product's specification is stored digitally and the approved samples stay in the workshop, so a reorder of head guards or shin guards keeps the coverage and padding you approved. Your dispatch date is confirmed in writing when you place it.
