Groin guards are worn for sparring and training in boxing, kickboxing and MMA. Each is sized by waist, with an adjustable strap or waistband setting the fit inside the size, so it stays in place through a round. We make them to your specification, shell, padding, waistband, fastening, colours and logo, in the same colours as the rest of your kit, and you approve a sample before bulk.

A groin guard only protects if it stays where it should through movement, so the fit matters as much as the padding. The size is set by waist, and an adjustable strap or waistband fine-tunes the fit inside each size, so one design covers a club's whole membership.

The waistband, fastening and padding are set in your specification and confirmed on your sample, so you can try the fit before bulk.

Groin guards are sized by waist, with the cup's width and height growing with each size. S and M are recommended for juniors aged 10 to 14.

How are groin guards sized?
By waist, from S to XL, with an adjustable strap or waistband setting the fit inside each size. S and M are recommended for juniors aged 10 to 14. The size range and split are confirmed with your order.
Can the groin guards match our other protective gear?
Yes. One colour reference and one logo treatment carry across groin guards, head guards, shin guards and gloves in the same order. Each product has its own minimum.
Do you make youth sizes?
Yes. S and M are the junior sizes, recommended for ages 10 to 14, in the same colours and branding as the adult range. Junior and adult sizes of the same design count towards one 50 pieces per design.
What do the mockup and sample cost?
Mockups are free, with as many changes as you need. The physical sample is priced on its specification and customisation, so its price depends on what you choose, and it is in your quote before we make it. The sample reaches you in 7–10 days, and when you go ahead with bulk, half of the sample price is credited against your bulk order. If the sample needs changes, the revised sample and its price are agreed with you before we make it. If a change is needed because we made a mistake, the revised sample is free.
Can you make groin guards under our own brand?
Yes. Your logo, printed labels and packaging are part of the specification, and your artwork, mockups and approved specification stay yours. We never sell your design or make it for anyone else.
Will a reorder match the first batch?
Your approved sample stays in our workshop for at least two years after your last order and your specification is stored digitally, so a reorder doesn't need a new sample: it goes straight to production, from 25 per design.
