Do I need a finished design before I call?
No. A rough idea, a photo of something close to what you want, or just the product type is enough to start. Working out the rest is what the call is for.
Am I committing to an order by booking a call?
No. There is no obligation to order — not after the call, and not after the free mockup or sample.
What time zone are you in?
Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5, with no daylight saving. That is five hours ahead of the UK in winter and four hours ahead in summer.
What is your minimum order?
50 pieces per design, or 50 pairs for gloves. A design is one product in one colourway, and you can split the 50 across sizes in any mix — for example, 50 pairs of gloves spread across 8 oz to 16 oz. A second colourway counts as a separate design. Different products can't be combined to reach 50, because each one has its own patterns and set-up.
Can I message instead of calling?
Yes. WhatsApp suits quick questions, voice notes and photos, and a written brief through the quote form suits anything with artwork or size lists. All of them reach the same team.
Can we talk about a reorder?
Your approved sample stays in our workshop and your specification is stored digitally, so a reorder doesn't need a new sample. Your dispatch date is confirmed in writing when you place it.
