What goes into custom MMA bag gloves

MMA bag gloves, also called technical gloves, are the heaviest open-finger MMA glove. They are typically 8 to 10 oz, with a flat, wide striking surface and firm wrist support, so the hands and wrists are protected through hard rounds on the heavy bag and the pads, while the fingers stay free. We make them to your specification, padding, shell, wrist strap, colours and logo, and you approve a sample before bulk.

Choosing and using

Getting custom MMA bag gloves right

Made for the bag, not the bout

A fight glove is typically 4 oz and gives the hand little protection over hundreds of bag rounds. A bag glove puts the weight where it counts: a flat, wide striking surface that spreads each impact, and a long wrist strap that holds the wrist straight, so members can hit the bag and the pads hard, session after session.

It keeps the open palm and free fingers of an MMA glove, so members train the same hand shape they fight in. For partner sparring, a sparring glove with softer padding protects the partner better.

Questions

Questions about custom MMA bag gloves

8 answers buyers ask for most. Choose one to open it.

Still have a question?

Ask it the way you would ask a coach. A person replies within one working day.

What are MMA bag gloves?
The heaviest open-finger MMA glove, also called technical gloves: typically 8 to 10 oz, with a flat, wide striking surface and firm wrist support for hard heavy bag and pad work, while the fingers stay free. MMA glove types and weights, explained
Can you hit a heavy bag in MMA gloves?
Yes, and bag gloves are made for it. A 4 oz fight glove gives the hand little protection over many rounds; an 8 to 10 oz bag glove spreads the impact and supports the wrist.
Bag gloves or sparring gloves?
Bag gloves are built for the bag and the pads, with a firm, flat striking surface. Sparring gloves have softer, thicker foam to protect a training partner. Many gyms stock both. Custom MMA sparring gloves
Can bag and fight gloves be in one order?
Yes, in the same colour scheme. They are different products with their own patterns and set-up, so each needs its own 50 pairs per design, split across sizes in any mix.
What do the mockup and sample cost?
Mockups are free, with as many changes as you need. The physical sample is priced on its specification and customisation, so its price depends on what you choose, and it is in your quote before we make it. The sample reaches you in 7–10 days, and when you go ahead with bulk, half of the sample price is credited against your bulk order. If the sample needs changes, the revised sample and its price are agreed with you before we make it. If a change is needed because we made a mistake, the revised sample is free.
Can you make MMA bag gloves under our own brand?
Yes. Your logo, printed labels and packaging are part of the specification, and your artwork, mockups and approved specification stay yours. We never sell your design or make it for anyone else.
Will a reorder match the first batch?
Your approved sample stays in our workshop for at least two years after your last order and your specification is stored digitally, so a reorder doesn't need a new sample: it goes straight to production, from 25 per design. Your dispatch date is confirmed in writing when you place it. How reorders work
How long does an order take?
Production starts when you approve your sample, and bulk typically takes 4–6 weeks from approval, plus courier transit. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
