A punch bag is the one piece of kit every member uses, every session, so it carries your name more than anything else on the gym floor. Hanging heavy bags, angle and uppercut bags, double-end, speed, aqua and freestanding bags each suit different work, and each can be made in your colours with your logo. We make them to your specification, type, shell, size, filling, fittings and branding, and you approve a sample before bulk.

Getting custom punch bags right

Filled or unfilled

The shell, stitching and branding are the same either way. Filled bags arrive ready to hang, with the filling density set and checked on the sample. Unfilled bags are much lighter and smaller to ship, so they cost less in freight, and you fill them at your end to the weight you want.

Bags, gloves and mitts as one set

Punch bags can be made in the same colours and with the same logo as your gloves and mitts, so the whole gym floor reads as one kit. Bags, mitts and gloves can also be packed together as one branded set, with your labels and packaging.

Each product still has its own minimum of 50 pieces per design, because bags, gloves and mitts each have their own patterns and set-up.

Which punch bags can you make?
Hanging heavy bags, angle and uppercut bags, double-end bags, speed bags, aqua bags and freestanding bags. Each is its own product with its own minimum, and its size is confirmed before bulk.
Can punch bags ship unfilled?
Yes. Bags can be specified filled or unfilled. Unfilled bags are much lighter to ship, which suits export orders; filled bags arrive ready to hang. We confirm the option with your quote.
Can the bags match our gloves and mitts?
Yes. One colour reference and one logo treatment carry across bags, gloves and mitts in the same order, and they can be packed together as one branded set.
Leather or synthetic for punch bags?
Genuine leather lasts longest under heavy use. Microfibre is a strong, tear-resistant alternative, and PU suits shared gym stock that wipes clean. The shell is confirmed on your sample.
What do the mockup and sample cost?
Mockups are free, with as many changes as you need. The physical sample is priced on its specification and customisation, so its price depends on what you choose, and it is in your quote before we make it. The sample reaches you in 7–10 days, and when you go ahead with bulk, half of the sample price is credited against your bulk order. If the sample needs changes, the revised sample and its price are agreed with you before we make it. If a change is needed because we made a mistake, the revised sample is free.
Can you make punch bags under our own brand?
Yes. Your logo, printed labels and packaging are part of the specification, and your artwork, mockups and approved specification stay yours. We never sell your design or make it for anyone else.
Will a reorder match the first batch?
Your approved sample stays in our workshop for at least two years after your last order and your specification is stored digitally, so a reorder doesn't need a new sample: it goes straight to production, from 25 per design. Your dispatch date is confirmed in writing when you place it. How reorders work
How long does an order take?
Production starts when you approve your sample, and bulk typically takes 4–6 weeks from approval, plus courier transit. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
