Specification

What goes into custom thai pads

Thai pads and kicking shields take the heaviest work a pad holder catches: kicks, knees, elbows and power shots. Thai pads are strapped along the forearm, one on each arm, so the holder can brace against a kick; a kicking shield is a larger pad held with handles for full-power kicks and drives. We make them to your specification, shell, padding, straps and handles, colours and logo, and you approve a sample before bulk.

Choosing and using

Getting custom thai pads right

Pads and shields with your gloves and shin guards

Thai pads and shields can be made in the same colours and with the same logo as your gloves and shin guards, so a Muay Thai or kickboxing gym's kit reads as one set across the floor.

Each product still has its own minimum of 50 pieces per design, because pads, shields, gloves and guards each have their own patterns and set-up.

Questions

Questions about custom thai pads

7 answers buyers ask for most. Choose one to open it.

Still have a question?

Ask it the way you would ask a coach. A person replies within one working day.

Thai pads or a kicking shield?
Thai pads are strapped along each forearm and suit pad rounds of kicks, knees and elbows. A kicking shield is a larger pad held with handles, for full-power kicks and drives. Each is its own product with its own minimum.
Can the pads match our gloves and shin guards?
Yes. One colour reference and one logo treatment carry across pads, shields, gloves and shin guards in the same order.
Leather or synthetic for Thai pads?
Genuine leather lasts longest under heavy kicking. Microfibre is a strong, tear-resistant alternative, and PU suits shared gym stock that wipes clean. The shell is confirmed on your sample.
What do the mockup and sample cost?
Mockups are free, with as many changes as you need. The physical sample is priced on its specification and customisation, so its price depends on what you choose, and it is in your quote before we make it. The sample reaches you in 7–10 days, and when you go ahead with bulk, half of the sample price is credited against your bulk order. If the sample needs changes, the revised sample and its price are agreed with you before we make it. If a change is needed because we made a mistake, the revised sample is free.
Can you make thai pads under our own brand?
Yes. Your logo, printed labels and packaging are part of the specification, and your artwork, mockups and approved specification stay yours. We never sell your design or make it for anyone else.
Will a reorder match the first batch?
Your approved sample stays in our workshop for at least two years after your last order and your specification is stored digitally, so a reorder doesn't need a new sample: it goes straight to production, from 25 per design. Your dispatch date is confirmed in writing when you place it. How reorders work
How long does an order take?
Production starts when you approve your sample, and bulk typically takes 4–6 weeks from approval, plus courier transit. Your exact dispatch date is confirmed in writing with your quote.
